LeapArc is a paid, self-paced technical learning platform offering 19 independently authored course tracks, coding practice, interview preparation, project exercises, pre-authored bug hunts, quizzes, assessments, and placement-preparation materials.

Access is delivered automatically through the customer account after successful payment. The service does not include live classes, one-to-one coaching, bespoke development, consulting, or other manual fulfillment. LeapArc does not offer a free learning plan; paid access is required to use the platform content. We may add, update, reorganize, or retire individual pieces of content as the platform improves; the overall scope of your plan will not be materially reduced during a period you have paid for.

The platform may link to third-party websites (such as official documentation). Those sites are not under our control, and linking to them does not imply endorsement; your use of them is at your own risk.

Some course videos, summaries, and learning materials may be created or assisted using AI tools, including Google NotebookLM, from LeapArc's independently authored course notes, scripts, and curriculum. We review materials before publishing, but AI-assisted educational content can still contain mistakes, omissions, audio issues, or outdated technical details. Google and NotebookLM are not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing LeapArc.

AI is used as a production assistant, not as a guarantee of correctness. You should treat all lessons, videos, examples, interview answers, and code snippets as educational material that must be tested and understood before relying on it in real projects, interviews, exams, or work.

• We do not claim that AI-assisted videos were fully human-made.
• We do not claim that Google, NotebookLM, or any other AI provider sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with this platform.
• We do not intentionally remove, obscure, or alter third-party branding, watermarks, or legal notices except through an official product feature that permits it.
• If you find an inaccurate or problematic lesson, video, or example, email us and we will review it.

• Every paid plan unlocks the complete LeapArc platform for the access period shown at checkout. Current options include a monthly subscription and fixed access passes for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
• The exact features and prices are the ones shown on the pricing page and at checkout at the time you buy.
• When your paid access period ends, access to platform content stops. Your account remains available, but a new paid plan is required to continue using the platform.

• Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Fixed access passes are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. A cancelled monthly subscription remains active through the current paid billing period.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and Merchant of Record (MoR). As MoR, Dodo Payments is the legal seller of record for your transaction and handles checkout, applicable taxes, invoicing, and receipts.
• Prices may be shown in INR or USD depending on your billing region and checkout. The currency, applicable taxes, and total shown at checkout are the terms of that purchase.
• Access is unlocked automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed - normally within minutes.
• Promotional prices and discounts apply only at the time of purchase and do not change the terms of earlier or later purchases.

LeapArc is a paid digital platform. Because access is delivered immediately after payment, purchases are non-refundable after access has been granted, except for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or cases where access cannot be delivered or restored within the period stated in our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits any refund a mandatory consumer law in your country requires. The complete rules, timelines, and request process are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Where the law of your country gives you a cancellation or “cooling-off” right for digital content (for example, for EU/UK consumers), you expressly agree that we begin supplying the content immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once you access the content, to the extent the law allows.

Nothing in these terms limits protections you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other mandatory consumer law in your country that cannot be excluded by contract. Where such protections apply, they prevail over these terms.

Your account and plan are for your personal, individual use. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account or paid access to anyone else.
• Not copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, republish, or create derivative products from the platform content, in whole or in part.
• Not bypass or attempt to bypass payment, paywalls, rate limits, or any security or access-control measure.
• Not use the platform for anything unlawful, or interfere with its operation or other users.
• Not use the platform or its content to cheat in, or have someone impersonate you in, any live interview, exam, or assessment. The content is for learning and preparation only.

Two active sessions. Your account supports up to two active sessions. If you sign in on additional devices, the oldest sessions may be signed out automatically. This protects your account and prevents account sharing. If you were signed out unexpectedly, simply sign in again and change your password if you do not recognize the activity.

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the platform and purchase a plan only with the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf - consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which treats anyone under 18 as a child. By creating an account, you consent to receive service communications from us electronically (by email and on the site); these satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

The course scripts, explanations, examples, videos, quizzes, interview-practice questions, simulations, projects, and other learning materials created for LeapArc are independently authored by Jeyakarthick Allwin and are © 2026 Jeyakarthick Allwin. We do not copy or redistribute third-party courses, documentation, videos, question banks, or code as our own. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and study LeapArc materials for your own learning while your plan is active; it does not transfer ownership of the materials to you.

We teach widely used technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, and tools). All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe the subject matter taught. LeapArc is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those owners.

If a lesson, project, or platform feature uses or links to a third-party library, code component, documentation excerpt, image, font, or other asset, that component remains subject to its own license and notices. LeapArc does not claim ownership of third-party components; any use is limited to the permission or license that applies. The teaching structure, explanations, exercises, videos, quizzes, interview practice, and other original material created around them remain independently authored LeapArc content.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe any content on LeapArc infringes your copyright, email us at support@leaparc.dev with the work concerned, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement of unauthorized use - we will review and respond promptly.

LeapArc sells preparation material. It is not a recruitment agency, hiring platform, placement service, or certification body, and completing any content confers no credential.

The content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost opportunities or lost income.

Indemnification: you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeyakarthick Allwin and LeapArc from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach of these terms.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you materially breach these terms - including account sharing, content redistribution, or attempting to circumvent payment or access controls. Where reasonable, we will warn you first; we may act immediately where required for legal or security reasons.

If your account is terminated for breach, any remaining access period is forfeited and no refund is due, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You may delete your own account at any time from your profile page; deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of an active plan.

We are not liable for failure or delay in providing the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control - including internet or hosting outages, payment processor failures, natural disasters, or acts of government. If such an event materially interrupts paid access for an extended period, we will restore service as quickly as possible and communicate through our available channels.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be reasonably highlighted (for example, a notice on the site). Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Changes do not retroactively reduce what you already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-law venue rules in your country, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

The following Grievance Officer receives consumer, service, privacy, and data-protection complaints from users in India. We comply with applicable Indian and international consumer-protection and data-protection requirements.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours. We aim to resolve them within 7 calendar days and, where a longer review is necessary, provide a resolution or meaningful status update within 15 days, subject to applicable law. Include your account email and a clear description of the issue.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LeapArc for your use of the service, and supersede any earlier agreements.
